Unfortunately your teeth are not immune to stains and can have a build up of staining and discolouration over time for many reasons including Coffee, Smoking, Wine, or even eating dark foods like berries, chocolate and even beetroot. Some people however can be bored with discolouration in their genes and this can affect the colour of their teeth also.

When it comes to whitening treatments there are a few treatments that people tend to go for and cosmetic teeth whitening is one of them. By using a combination of a Hydrogen peroxide gel and an LED light-accelerator the stains can be reduced by a fair few shades.

This process is completely safe and causes no damage to your natural teeth, gums or enamel. The gel is placed directly onto the front of the teeth and then the LED light is placed over the teeth for the desired amount of time. Clients can get anywhere from 4-12+ shades lighter in just one session.

We have multiple options for treatments here at Luxe Beauty Haus & Co.

Bronze Treatment is made up of 1 x 30 minute Treatment. This Treatment is the best for those who are in a rush or just want a light top-up of their colour.

Gold Treatment is made up from 3 x 15 minute sessions, with the gel being replaced every 15 minutes to ensure that the gel is fresh and we remove as many stains and brighten the teeth as much as possible. This is suitable for those who have a little more time on their hands and would like a bright smile.

Platinum Treatment is made up of 4 x 15 minute sessions, with the gel being replaced every 15 minutes to ensure the gel I fresh. This is the ultimate whitening treatment and will ensure you have the best results from one session in the chair. This is suitable for those with time to spare and who want to make a statement with their new smile. Heavy wine drinkers, Coffee drinkers and smokers - this is the treatment for you!

How long does the process take?

At Luxe Beauty Haus & Co our treatments range from 30 minute express sessions to our 80 minute Platinum sessions. We recommend allowing an extra 10 Minutes on your appointment to ensure we have enough time to go through your consultation, questions you may have and any aftercare instructions. If you are wanting a mobile appointment please allow an extra 20 minutes to ensure our team have enough time to set-up and pack down our equipment.

Is there anyone who cannot have this treatment done?

Yes. Anyone under the age of 16 is advised not to have this treatment done and anyone between the ages of 16-18 are required to have an adult present to sign their consent form. Anyone who is pregnant or breast-feeding is also not allowed to have this treatment done as their currently is not enough research about harm to babies. People who require dental treatment are also advised not to have this treatment done. Cracks in the teeth or even gum disease can get worse if not treated by a dental professional before this treatment.

How do I maintain my new smile?

Your technician will provide all your aftercare instructions at the end of your appointment and will also give you a card so that you don't forget. Keep in mind you will need to follow a strict white only diet for 48 hours post treatment to allow the pores of your teeth to close so they won't re-stain.

How regularly can I have this treatment done?

After your Initial Teeth Whitening treatment is is recommended you come back approximately 4-6 weeks after to receive a top up. this will ensure that majority of the staining has been removed from the enamel and will ensure a longer lasting white smile. After that we recommend coming back every 6-12 months depending on your eating/lifestyle habits to maintain those pearly whites!

What is the LED light and is it safe?

At Luxe Beauty Haus & Co we pride ourselves in ensuring we are using the safest and most effective products and equipment on the market. The LED light used is the safest method of cosmetic teeth whitening and causes no damage to your teeth or enamel and doesn't not cause any long lasting sensitivity.
